 ProGuard Custom Motorcycle Earplugs are the perfect solution for the noise damaging world of motorcycling, they are designed to be low profile and discrete and will fit neatly into your ear canal making them simple and easy to insert and remove. Your new ProGuards will fit comfortably under most motorcycle helmets even the tightest fitting, manufactured from non-allergenic medical grade soft translucent silicon they are durable, extremely hard wearing and comfortable to wear for long riding periods without causing any undue discomfort.
Our Motorcycle earplugs will almost certainly save your ears from high levels of ”Wind Noise” without totally blocking them, they come fitted with high quality calibrated tuned attenuating filters that still enable you to hear ambient noise and communicate clearly. Riding a motorcycle at around 60 mph will create sound pressure levels of around 95-100dB inside your helmet, the recommend exposure time is less than 2 hours. Obviously the faster you ride the less the exposure time becomes, for instance at 100 mph the noise factor rises to 110dB, your exposure time should be less than 15 mins before excessive noise could lead to tinnitus, deafness and other noise induced hearing loss symptoms.
ProGuards for Motorcycling are supplied with a choice of two simple to fit acoustic filters making them completely interchangeable, the filters are tuned especially for motorcycling. The choice is yours to make, which one you feel suits your riding situation best. We recommend a minimum of protection factor of 30dB. All our acoustic filters are replaceable and should you require a new filter or a different value of noise reduction please contact us, we are only to happy to help.

Proguard Motorcycle earplugs come in clear as standard but are also available in white, black, blue, clear, orange, pink, red and yellow at no extra charge. Colour choice available when you send back your impressions.
ProGuard recognise the importance of individual hearing products, we will simplify every stage of getting your own custom fit products made. Of course each product in the range will require impressions of your ears. The process is completely painless and will take no longer than 15 minutes. If you want to get a full understanding of the process where it is fully explained, go to the audiology section on this site. Because we offer a straight out of the box solution, arrangements will be made for impressions to be taken of your ears at one of our locations nationally. Once this procedure has been carried out, you just need to send them back to us in the pre-paid box supplied and in approximately 14 days your own Custom Fit hearing product will arrive at your doorstep.
